NHS Health Advisor based in Wakefield (WF2)

Offering between £10.09 – £18.38 per hour, paid weekly – every Friday

Start date: 2nd April 2023

Option of 24 or 30 hours per week between Monday – Sunday on rotational shifts (Night work included)

On-going temporary contract with view to move permanent.

We are currently recruiting for Health Advisor’s to join our clients existing team based in Wakefield! We are looking for candidates with strong Customer Service and system use experience for this exciting opportunity.

The Role:

As a Health Advisor for the Integrated Urgent Care service, you will be the first point of contact of communication with patients, patient’s relatives, health care professionals and other callers. You will provide assessment, basic advice and health information to patients calling 111, supporting them to access the appropriate level of care including advice to manage their symptoms at home.

Training: Full training will be provided for 10 weeks.

Please note: All candidates will need to pass an enhanced DBS check and provide 3 years of history/referencing.
