NHS Health Advisor – Wakefield

We are currently recruiting for Health Advisor’s to join our clients existing team based in Wakefield! We are looking for candidates with strong Customer Service and system use experience for this exciting opportunity.

Offering between £10.09 – £18.38 per hour – paid weekly, every Friday
Full time – Monday to Sunday -Rotational shifts (Night work included)
Ongoing temp contract
Location: Wakefield, WF2 0XQ (Role 100% office based)

The Role:
As a Health Advisor for the Integrated Urgent Care service, you will be the first point of contact of communication with patients, patient’s relatives, health care professionals and other callers. You will provide assessment, basic advice and health information to patients calling 111, supporting them to access the appropriate level of care including advice to manage their symptoms at home.

Training: Full training will be provided for 10 weeks.
Please note: All candidates will need to pass an enhanced DBS check.
