Job Description – Administrative Officer

Location:  Ballykelly, BT49
Start Date: Monday, November 4th, 2024
Duration: Initially 51 weeks, with the possibility of extension

Work Pattern:

  • Contracted hours are between 8 am – 8 pm, Monday – Friday, and every 4th Saturday on a rota basis.
  • Current shift patterns are between 8 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Observance of Great Britain Easter Public Holidays (Good Friday and Easter Monday) required.

Hours per Week: 37


Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer calls within agreed timescales, ensuring personal availability to maximise call handling and service accessibility.
  • Maintain resilience and adaptability within a telephony environment.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Build rapport with both colleagues and callers.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Meet deadlines with accuracy and achieve set targets.
  • Utilise basic IT skills with an openness to learning new systems.
  • Stay organised and manage time effectively.
