Job Description – Administrative Officer
Location: Ballykelly, BT49
Start Date: Monday, November 4th, 2024
Duration: Initially 51 weeks, with the possibility of extension
Work Pattern:
- Contracted hours are between 8 am – 8 pm, Monday – Friday, and every 4th Saturday on a rota basis.
- Current shift patterns are between 8 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
- Observance of Great Britain Easter Public Holidays (Good Friday and Easter Monday) required.
Hours per Week: 37
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer calls within agreed timescales, ensuring personal availability to maximise call handling and service accessibility.
- Maintain resilience and adaptability within a telephony environment.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Build rapport with both colleagues and callers.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Meet deadlines with accuracy and achieve set targets.
- Utilise basic IT skills with an openness to learning new systems.
- Stay organised and manage time effectively.
