My Client are looking for an Account Manager to join their growing business. You will be responsible for an existing client base due to rapid growth, and be required to develop and maximise opportunities within each client.

Role responsibilities

• You will build trusting relationships with your clients ensuring you position Managed Ink Ltd as their strategic partner for all Office Supplies, Work Wear, PPE, Print and Promotional Products.
• You will immerse yourself in your client’s business in order to be best placed to deliver the desired goal.
• You will take a proactive approach to identifying and initiating business opportunities with existing clients
• You will ensure client orders and quotations are dealt with efficiently, interpreting these into thorough and accurate internal briefs.
• You will attend regular account review meetings with your client to ensure you are delivering the highest standards, and to identify possible opportunities.

• The initiative and drive to deliver first class results.
• Creating and developing a GP led pipeline.
• An ability to build trust, respect and rapport quickly, at all levels.
• Ability to sell and negotiate at all levels within a company hierarchy.
• A proven track record of winning and developing customer accounts in a business to business environment.
• Highly organised approach to workload, with a motivated and ambitious attitude
• Knowledge of the industry would be an advantage.
