Job Title: Account Relationship Manager
Salary: Basic – £25,000 – £30,000 OTE – £40,000
Location: Tameside
Hours: 09:00 – 17:30

Requirements:
Experience in Managed print, IT or a Technical industry is a strong advantage
A strong sales background with a proven track record of successful account development.
A work ethic that drives intense daily customer activity.
Experience in proactively building and fostering internal and external relationships.
Excellent organisational skills to optimise time and productivity.
Ambition and dedication to achieving outstanding results.
The ability to lead by example while maintaining ethical behaviour and integrity.
Discipline and a methodical approach to work.
Commercial awareness and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with the management of Tier 3 customer accounts.
Handling customer queries and directing them to the appropriate support process.
Achieving personal targets in new business sales and additional sales.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with Business Development Managers.
Maintaining accurate customer and prospect records using our CRM database.
Staying up-to-date with our portfolio of products and solutions.
Completing all sales order paperwork and reporting documentation.
Conducting lead generation activities and gathering market/customer information.
Adhering to Company Policies and Pricing Structures.
Promoting our services and maintaining ethical conduct and integrity.
