Key Duties and Responsibilities
Answer phones, respond to emails.
Greet and assist customers.
Maintain an appointment system and make appointments for customers.
Prepare files, documents and general photocopying.
Preparing outgoing mail and organising incoming mail.
Liaising between the Registrar’s Office and Doctors, Coroners and Funeral
Directors.
Assisting at ceremonies if required.
Requirements
5 GCSE’s or equivalent
Driving license
EXPERIENCE
12 months general administrative experience working within in an admin
environment.
Experience of dealing with the public and responding to enquiries by phone
and in person · Maintaining filing systems · Maintaining spreadsheets and
databases ·
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office and related packages, particularly
word and excel.
