We are currently recruiting for AO for our client based in Belfast city centre. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

 

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 3 months with a possible extension

Hours of work: Full time 37 Hours per week

Rate of pay: £11.99

 

Key Responsibilities

Helpline cover, mailbox cover (processing referrals and any other incoming e-mails etc.), updating database and other general admin duties.

    Purpose of Job:

This AO position plays an important role in supporting the Welfare Support Service and its 14 Welfare Officers. The service provides 9-5 support to staff and a number of other public bodies and the admin team play a crucial role in delivering this service.

 

Essential Criteria applicants must have:

  • five GCSE/GCE passes (at A, B or C) with Maths and English.

( Proof of certs required )

  • Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability to use own initiative.
