We are currently recruiting for an Admin Officer based in Belfast. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 1 Year

We are currently recruiting for AO’s based in Belfast city centre. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork and ANI completed.

Start date: 25/03/2024

Duration: 51 weeks with possible extension

Hours of work: 9am – 5pm Tuesday – Thursday

Rate of pay: £12.36

 

Main Duties:

– Scheduling (and re-scheduling as necessary) appointments for Enterprise Architects and Security specialist for workshops, Design reviews (2-4 per week), Design Authorisations (2-4 per week), and Risk Assessments (2-4 per week).
– Follow up with various contributors to ensure completion of documentation, minimum requirements and that all queries have been addressed prior to above appointments going ahead.
– Scheduling (and re-scheduling as necessary) bookings with the Contracted provider on behalf of various development teams for IT Health Checks to be carried out.
– Arranging feedback sessions for the relevant development team on their IT Health Check report as carried out by the Contracted provider.
– Scheduling regular team and branch meetings. Minute taking at various meetings as well as Board meetings as required. Sending reminders on actions to be fulfilled. Sharing papers and agenda for meetings.
– Management of shared email inbox
– Update of wiki pages (online team page for internal communications e.g. quarterly objectives and progress, etc.)
– Support on Intranet article writing on the accomplishments of teams as required.

 

Essential Criteria:

– Previous admin experience & experience managing an inbox

– 5 GCSE’s A-C to include Maths and English (You must be able to provide proof)
