Our client, a leading public sector organisation based in Belfast has a requirement for an Administrative Officer, on a working from home basis at present.
The position involves:
- Providing secretariat support to a range of groups and projects.
- General administrative support.
- Abilities in setting up templates including submissions, assembly questions and first drafts of correspondence cases.
- Record management.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to financial enquiries.
Assignment duration: initially 51 weeks
Rate of pay: £11.70 per hour (NICA AO Grade)
Hours of work: Mon-Fri. 9am-5pm (37 hours per week)
Qualifications & Experience required:
5 GCSEs (grade C or above) Maths and english essential.
12 months admin experience.
