Job Role: Administrative Officer
Location: May Street, Belfast
Pay: £12.59ph (Paid Weekly)
Working Hours: Various 8-hour shift patterns required between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday. One Saturday in every 4 is also required, working 9am – 5pm.
Duration of Placement: Until 31/12/25 (Possible Extension)
Start Date: 31st March 2025
Job Duties:
- Full training will be provided. This is primarily a telephony-based role. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide excellent customer service.
- Negotiating repayment of debt and loans.
- Building rapport with colleagues and customers.
- Working within and contributing to a team environment.
- Meeting deadlines and achieving relevant targets.
- Using basic IT/computer skills and learning new systems.
- Demonstrating good time management, interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic.

Essential Criteria:
5 GCSEs including both Maths and English graded A-C (or Level 2 equivalents). Proof of certificates is necessary.
Willingness to complete an Access NI Background Check (facilitated by TRC).
