Job Opportunity: Administrative Officer
- Pay: £12.59/hour (Paid Weekly)
- Location: Belfast City Centre
- Working Hours:
- Varied shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Requirement to work every fourth Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Length of Assignment: 51 weeks, with a possibility of extension
- Start Date: 13th January 2025
Job Duties
Full training will be provided. This is primarily a telephony-based role. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide excellent customer service.
- Negotiating repayment of debt and loans.
- Building rapport with colleagues and customers.
- Working within and contributing to a team environment.
- Meeting deadlines and achieving relevant targets.
- Using basic IT/computer skills and learning new systems.
- Demonstrating good time management, interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic.
Please Note: These roles are full-time and office-based. Remote working may become available in the future.
Essential Criteria
- 5 GCSEs (including Maths and English) graded A-C, or Level 2 Equivalent.
- Willingness to complete an Access NI Background Check (facilitated by TRC).
