We are currently recruiting for an admin assistant to start asap with Northern Ireland Civil Service based in Antrim Town (BT41 area) The below role will be starting asap subject to the vetting paperwork, an Access NI background check and proof of your A-C in English and Maths to qualify.
Rate of pay: £9.76ph
Hours of work. Full-time. 37 hours per week. Monday to Friday. 9am to 5pm
Duration: ASAP for 6 months with possible extension
Job duties:
To process requisitions and receipt goods on to AccountNI within 2 days of receipt.
16 To check Process IT daily.
17 Process self-billing ERS payments within timeframe.
18 Complete Payables forms on AccountNI as required.
19 Liaise with requisitioning managers.
20 Agency staff administration.
21 Ordering and maintaining stationery stock.
22 Mobile phone administration.
23 General admin/office duties.
Essential skills
Computer skills including use of word, emails and familiarity of working with figures.
Good verbal and written communications skills.
Good interpersonal and team skills.
