We are currently seeking a temporary Full-time Administrator for our Public Sector Client in Craigavon

The post holder will work as part of the Medical Locum Team to provide admin support in the management of medical locum cover.

Mon-Fri 9-5
£11.67ph

 

Duties include but not limited to:


1. Action all locum shifts requests in a timely manner as received from Trust Requestors and send notifications to available doctors using HSC eLocums, Agencies and internal contacts as appropriate

2.Continually monitor live locum shifts, flagging difficulties in filling shifts with the Medical Locums Team Admin Officer for consideration of escalated rates.

3. Follow up and document approval from senior management when using escalated rates.

4. Liaise closely with Trust staff / managers regarding locum cover for vacant shifts; notifying key contacts in a timely manner when locum cover cannot be provided to ensure alternative arrangements can be put in place.

5. Liaise with Agencies ensuring up to date CVs and correct booking forms have been received and saved appropriately.

 

Essential Criteria: (Must be clearly demonstrated on CV)

1. 4 GCSEs Grades A-C including English or English language (excluding English Literature) or equivalent, and 1 year’s
relevant admin/clerical experience*
OR
NVQ Level 2 in Administration (or equivalent qualification) plus 1 year’s relevant admin/clerical experience*.
OR
2 year’s relevant admin/clerical experience*.

*Relevant experience is defined as experience of working with computerised systems in a busy office.
