We are currently recruiting for an admin officer based in Belfast. The successful candidates will be required to start once the vetting paperwork, ANI clearance has been completed.

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Rate of pay: £12.57

Hours of work: Monday to Friday, flexi hours (37 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

The main purpose of theserolesareprovide administrative support within Insolvency Service Central Accounting Unit, in the processing of dividend payments and other duties relating to the unit. Below is an example of some of the duties but not limited to those that are required:

Amending / updating creditor and payee details on ISAAC database
Password resets for Insolvency Practitioners and Intermediaries and setting up new user profiles
Updating supplier and employee listings
Providing assistance to the EO2 on checking and processing of IP and outsourced liquidation cases. Reclaiming overdrawn balances and receipting it to the estate accounts.
Relief cashier duties involving managing the cashier mailbox, preparing the payment run for release of cheques and BACS payments to creditors; processing cash/cheque/website deposits and preparing lodgments for bank. Providing cover for managing the shared mailboxes and preparing insolvency adverts

Essential Criteria applicants must have:

Proof of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths grade C or above or the equivalent to this.

Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to use own initiative.
