We currently are recruiting for a Bus Driver to join our client in Downpatrick on a temporary ongoing basis
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm
  • £11.11 per hour
  • Immediate starts
Job duties include:
  1. Collecting clients from home and taking them to day care and return journeys
  2. Collecting and conveying staff and clients for social and educational outings and during holiday trips
  3. Assist clients into and out of vehicles
  4. Providing, where appropriate, personal assistance to clients/patients and ensuring privacy, dignity and rights of clients
  5. Helping in the provision of individual and group programmes of care.
  6. Participating in group and leisure activities.
  7. Attending and contributing to reviews of clients/ patients as appropriate.
  8. Participating in programme of formal supervision
  9. Being available to listen and talk to clients/patients
You must have 
A minimum of 6 months experience driving buses / coaches
Current Full Category D Driving Licence with no restrictions– Valid for use within U.K
Applicants must hold a current and valid Driver’s Qualification Card (DQC)
You will be required to produce your DQC at interview for verification
