Call Handler – Government Campaign – Welsh Speaking
Full time hours – 37.5 hour per week

We are currently recruiting for our Outsourcing Client; this is supporting on a Government campaign. This is an exciting campaign so we’re looking for experienced Welsh Speaking customer service candidates who can hit the ground running!

You will be required to have your own equipment for this role – it must be a Windows 10 laptop or desktop computer.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience within customer service – this doesn’t have to be contact centre experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong IT experience
• Committed candidates for a long term role
• Fluent Welsh Speaking

Hours of work –

• Monday to Sunday between 8am-8pm, five out of seven
• You must be able to work 37.5 hours per week with full flexibility between 8am to 8pm required.
• Will include some weekends

Pay rate –

• £10.30 per hour – paid weekly
• Paid holiday’s when accrued

This is an ongoing temporary role for roughly 3 months with potential to extend following this period dependant on business needs. We are looking for committed candidates who are looking to develop their career within customer service.

Successful candidates must be able to pass a DBS check for this role.
