Call Handler – Work from Home
Full Time only: there is no provision for part time
Start date: 18th September 2023
Temp to perm
We are currently recruiting for our Outsourcing Client; this will be on two different campaigns, one a government contract and the second supporting a well known transport company. The first contract is expected to last 4 to 8 weeks, after which you will be moved onto a different temp to perm campaign.
You will be required to have your own equipment for this role – it must be a Windows 10 laptop or desktop computer. Mac or Google systems are not compatible and cannot be used. Your desktop/laptop MUST have a working camera as the camera will need to be on during training.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience within customer service – this doesn’t have to be contact centre experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT experience
- Committed candidates for a long term role
Hours of work –
- Five days, Monday to Sunday
- Shifts are between 8am and 8:15pm.
- You must be fully flexible on the above days and hours. Please note: you cannot pick what shifts you do or on what days you work so you need to be flexible.
- Will include some weekends
Pay rate –
- £10.42 per hour – paid weekly
- Paid holiday’s once accrued
