Call Handler – Government Campaign
Full time hours – 37.5 hour per week
Start date ASAP
Short term temp contract lasting 4 to 8 weeks
We are currently recruiting for our Outsourcing Client; this is supporting on a Government campaign alongside in relation to covid-19 cases. This is an exciting campaign so we’re looking for experienced customer service candidates who can hit the ground running!
You will be required to have your own equipment for this role – it must be a Windows 10 laptop or desktop computer. Mac or Google systems are not compatible and cannot be used.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience within customer service – this doesn’t have to be contact centre experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT experience
- Committed candidates for a long term role
Hours of work –
- Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am and 9pm
- You must be able to work 37.5 hours per week with full flexibility between 8am to 9pm required – you will be unable to pick the shifts you work.
Pay rate –
- £10.90 per hour – paid weekly
- Paid holiday’s once accrued
While this is a short term contract, we are looking for committed candidates who are able to complete the entire contract.
