Salary: £24,782 per annum

Location: Perth

Contract: Permanent

Hours of Work: Monday- Friday 06:00- 15:00 or 09:00- 18:00

Your responsibilities as a Chemical Operator will include…

• To support the depots’ safe, effective and efficient operation.
• Perform manual handling yard activities and chemical filing as needed.
• Ensuring the safe handling, filling & storage of chemicals in accordance with compliance and operational requirements.
• Pick and pack vehicle loads ensuring all safety measures are adhered to.
• Ensure the safe operation of forklifts.

What our client is looking for in a Chemical Operator…

• A valid FLT licence/ experience is desirable but training may be available for the right candidate.
• Experience & Knowledge of the role is an advantage, however full training will be given.
• An individual who is not discouraged by physical handling and adverse weather conditions
• Someone who can work in an team and on own initiative
• An individual who can listen well to instructions
