We are currently recruiting for Claims Advisors to join our client in their busy Claims Department in Preston.

Our client is one of the nation’s leading providers for residential property maintenance.

We’re looking for enthusiastic, empathetic people. This role is about speaking to Customers, getting to the bottom of what they need, and finding the right solution for them.
If a Customer’s boiler breaks down, you’ll arrange a visit from one of the engineers and make sure it’s up and running again.

Salary: £24,000 (Full time, 40 hours)

Shifts: Monday – Sunday between the hours of 7am – 10pm which includes weekends and Public Holidays. Shifts are based on a 12 week rolling rota

Preston office (PR2) until after training then hybrid opportunity opens

We are looking for candidates with contact centre experience and a drive to progress with a well established business!
