The Recruitment Co are recruiting for an Account Manager based in Bolton, BL1.

We as a business are committed to delivering an excellent above & beyond service to our clients and candidates. Experience in recruitment & account management is essential is this role. We are looking for an outgoing, driven and a relentless personality.

The hours of this role will be Monday – Friday 8am until 5pm (Flexibility in this role is a must due to clients working out of hours)

The role will also involve being on call at the weekends, however this is more relevant during the peak months of the year

Pay Rate: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum, depending on experience + bonus scheme

Job Role:

– Managing a portfolio of volume industrial clients all across the UK

– Sending staffing lists to the client & confirming staff for shifts

– Booking shifts for staff

– Completing weekly reports & KPI documents

– Carrying out inductions & walk around on the shop floor

– Weekly meetings with the clients

– Maintaining client standards and adapting to any changes the client requires

– Proactively dealing with queries from staffs and escalating to higher management for further investigation

– Required to have a company mobile number/laptop

– Develop & grow existing client base

– Ability to build a strong rapport with the client and your candidates on site.

– Flexible working hours with occasional weekends based on client demands

– Ability to report into higher account management with issues and queries

– Reactive and resourceful mindset to meet demanding requirements

– Ability to bring new ideas to the team

– Able to work under pressure, resilient & can do attitude

– Driven, motivated and want to achieve results

– Excellent communication skills

EXTRAS

The successful candidate will need to hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
