The Recruitment Co. are recruiting for one of our clients based in Salford and this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Management of all Partner contract pricing, account revenue and profitability
- Delivery of a high quality service to partners and proactive management of Partner feedback
- Processing and management of all incoming Partner orders, requests for information, product sourcing, delivery discrepancies and credits
- Proactive account management of international Partners alongside the international sales team to increase revenue and profit
- Collation of product demand and market data as required by Partners
- Management of Partner shipments and any associated regulatory license applications and product pedigree documentation
- Co-ordination of all purchasing and inventory planning undertaken on behalf of Partners via the central Procurement area
- Liaison and co-ordination between Partners and the Regulatory, Finance and Operations teams for all services and information provided to Partners
- Working with external service providers to maintain service levels and Partner satisfaction
The Person:
- Educated to A Level standard with GCSEs Grade C passes, to include English & Maths or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Highly interpersonal with an aptitude for building close working relationships
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience of managing key customer accounts in an international environment
- Strong ability to effectively solve problems under pressure and tight schedules
- High level of computer literacy, to include all main Microsoft Office packages
- Strong organisational and pre-emptive administration skills
