The Recruitment Co. are recruiting for one of our clients based in Salford and this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Management of all Partner contract pricing, account revenue and profitability
  • Delivery of a high quality service to partners and proactive management of Partner feedback
  • Processing and management of all incoming Partner orders, requests for information, product sourcing, delivery discrepancies and credits
  • Proactive account management of international Partners alongside the international sales team to increase revenue and profit
  • Collation of product demand and market data as required by Partners
  • Management of Partner shipments and any associated regulatory license applications and product pedigree documentation
  • Co-ordination of all purchasing and inventory planning undertaken on behalf of Partners via the central Procurement area
  • Liaison and co-ordination between Partners and the Regulatory, Finance and Operations teams for all services and information provided to Partners
  • Working with external service providers to maintain service levels and Partner satisfaction

The Person:

  • Educated to A Level standard with GCSEs Grade C passes, to include English & Maths or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Highly interpersonal with an aptitude for building close working relationships
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience of managing key customer accounts in an international environment
  • Strong ability to effectively solve problems under pressure and tight schedules
  • High level of computer literacy, to include all main Microsoft Office packages
  • Strong organisational and pre-emptive administration skills
