Coordinator
Salary: £23,000 (Hourly Paid)
Location: Pullman Way, Pullman Business Park, Ringwood, BH24 1HD
Work Hours and Schedule:
– Weekly Hours: 40 hours
– Operating Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 7 pm
– Saturday from 8 am to 7 pm
– Your scheduled hours will be from 8 am to 8 pm, seven days a week. Sometimes, you may need to work evenings and weekends, but we’ll give you advance notice.
Main Role Purpose:
As a Coordinator, your job is essential for making sure we correctly enter customer information into our systems during our working hours. You’ll also need to spot any mistakes and tell the right people about them. Most of your work will involve using computers, but you’ll sometimes talk to other people on the phone or through email. To do well in this role, you need to be good at paying attention to details and solving problems.
Key Job Responsibilities:
– Listen to and share information carefully, making sure not to miss any details.
– Stay focused and work through tasks step by step.
– Be able to work on your own or with a team.
– Use computers to update and check things, and help others in our company when they have questions.
– Work with the customer service team and others in the company to help solve problems.
– Answer phone calls from our partners and give them the right information or connect them to the right people.
