Job Role:

The jobholder is responsible for dealing with inbound and outbound

calls to existing clients. It involves caring for our clients and ensuring

they have a positive experience. This includes checking the correct

details have been captured and all relevant documents validated. The

jobholder must be self-motivated, have a good attention to detail, and

want to provide our clients with excellent service, whilst following

procedures and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

Handle customer requests for midterm adjustments, this includes
providing a quotation and accepting adjustments ensuring internal
processes are met.

Midterm adjustments include:

• Change of Address
  * Change of Vehicle
  * Additional queries include:
  * Payment queries)
  * Change of details
  * Defaults
  * Cancellations
  * Chase and/or issue outstanding, duplicate or missing
