We are the recruitment agency working with a prominent Dairy Manufacturer, currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join the company as a Customer Services Assistant. This role is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the new facility in Stonehouse, supporting the Customer Services team and working closely with key customers in Quick Service Restaurants.
Role Overview: As a Customer Services Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in creating customer intimacy, developing relationships, and ensuring timely execution of customer expectations. This entry-level position is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build a rewarding career in Customer Services. The role offers a competitive salary of circa £25k per annum, along with an annual bonus and additional benefits such as private medical health, life assurance, and ill health payment protection.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of customer contact, providing exceptional service.
- Assist customers in resolving questions, issues, inquiries, and complaints.
- Cultivate and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Work collaboratively with Sales to develop, maintain, and grow customer accounts.
- Analyze service metrics and lead cross-functional solutions for effortless customer experiences.
- Liaise between customers and internal departments, ensuring effective communication and execution.
- Communicate results through dashboards and metrics to demonstrate outcomes and opportunities.
- Develop product knowledge to understand and communicate product offerings to customers.
Requirements for Success:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Business or Customer Service.
- Professional communication, adaptability, and strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude, team player, and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility to initiate action and solve problems.
