Job Title: Customer Service Advisor – Work from Home
Job Summary
We’re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As part of this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for handling inbound calls from businesses, assessing their eligibility for a cost-saving on energy bills and providing them with excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for businesses and assess their eligibility for cost-saving on energy bills
- Follow a well-scripted conversation to ensure the reliability of the information provided by the businesses
- Use your amazing communication skills to handle customer needs and concerns with a professional attitude
- Collaborate with Case Handlers to ensure the seamless flow of information and customer satisfaction
- Ensure that accurate records of customer interactions and transactions are maintained
- Follow company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality
- Attend training sessions and keep up-to-date with changes in policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Have a laptop or PC with Windows 10 operating system and a USB headset
- Have a reliable internet connection with a minimum bandwidth of 10-15 Mbps
- Have an antivirus program installed and kept up-to-date
- Be able to work in a quiet workspace without interruptions or distractions
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be flexible and able to work rotating shifts between 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday
- Be willing to undergo a 5-day training and comply with all policies and procedures of the company
- Have CPU Gen5 2.4GHz or above and at least 4GB of RAM (preferably 8GB)
- Have a browser with HTML5 support (e.g. Google Chrome or Firefox)
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive pay rate of £10.80 per hour
- This is a 3-month fixed term contract with the potential to move into different campaigns within the company after completion
- All holiday requests must be approved by the company before being submitted to The Recruitment Co.
