Customer Service Coordinator

Hybrid Working

£18.30 per hour

Long term Temporary contract

Based in Daventry, Northants

Monday to Friday 8am until 4.30pm

Our Daventry client, a global leader in capital goods are looking for a Sales Coordinator In this role you will be responsible for responding to customer needs from processing the order, to delivery, and invoicing to the dealer.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Actioning back orders
• Follow-up of back orders
• Advising parts availability and prices
• Responding to emails
• Actioning out-going calls
• Completing back order reports
• Investigating claims and return requests
• Submitting pricing requests
• Placing orders

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages with focus on Excel
• Knowledge of Agricultural background is beneficial but not essential
• Management of priorities
• Knowledge of software-applications
• ‘Team Player’: Show resolve to change the culture of the company by working collectively with peers and others to resolve issues and communicate solutions to help promote the brand image
• Self-starter, demonstrates initiative, proactivity and commitment to increase dealer satisfaction
• Stress resistance with the ability to work under pressure
