Customer Service Executive – Fantastic Training & Development Offered

This leading business within branding is ever-growing and due to increased business levels, they now require an exceptional Customer Service professional to join their team.

With at least 6 months customer services experience in branding, marketing, merchandising or printing, your ability to handle the customer journey from order through to delivery is of paramount importance.

You’ll be able to manage your own queries, will be the first point of contact for any customers with new order and pricing needs, and you’ll work hand in hand with the Sales/Account Management team on a daily basis.

You’ll have fantastic written skills and will have a really sharp eye for detail when managing quotes on behalf of customers.

Relevant industry knowledge is essential for this role due to its bespoke nature, and you’ll be more than comfortable liaising with all sizes of businesses across both the public and private sector.
