Customer Services Advisor
Location: Hybrid
Salary: £21,000 – £23,000 dependant on experience
Full Time Permanent Contract – 40hrs per week
Shifts: Monday-Friday between 8am – 6pm with 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am – 4.30pm
Start Date: 31st October 2022

We are currently working with a multi-service provider, Utility Warehouse – who specialise in providing services such as energy, broadband, mobile and home insurance. The team are looking for people experienced in working in a customer service environment to join their new busy office in Burnley.

Utility Warehouse is a FTSE 250 company and have been around for 25 years, they still have a small company feel and the culture of a startup. You’ll be joining a bunch of genuinely friendly people who love working together and really want to make a difference.

What will you be doing?

  • You will be assisting customers with queries about their switch to their new provider, ensuring they have a smooth experience throughout
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting with customers to find the best resolution, first time
  • Keeping all systems updated to enhance the customers overall experience

What are we looking for?

  • Someone who is customer focused and able to quickly build rapport with customers
  • Previous experience within a utilities/telecoms brand would be an advantage but not required
  • Someone who is self motivated and can work well under pressure
  • Able to problem solve, negotiate and persuade confidently
  • Goal orientated

Full training will be provided over an 4 week period by the dedicated learning and development team.

You will be provided with equipment to work remotely but will need a dedicated work space with strong internet connection.
