We are recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join one of our clients on a remote basis.
You will be handing calls for over 500,00 stakeholders to support with a software migration project requiring mandatory password resets.

• Handling inbound calls and resetting passwords
• Working inline with the Australian time zone
• Complying and working in line with security and data protection processes to ensure a secure service
• Using inhouse systems to locate and access employee details and process a password reset on their behalf.

Customer Service Advisor – Nights
£14.99 per hour – paid weekly, every Friday
Full time, Temporary Contract (approx 8 weeks)
Start Date: 2nd April 2023
Location: Work from Home – equipment provided?
The Hours:

• 37.5 hours per week
• Working between Sunday-Thursday on a set shift between 11pm-8am?
• This is a Nights based role – servicing Australian customers and clients (working Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm – Australian time zone)

?Please note: All successful candidates will be required to pass mandatory vetting for this role including a DBS and Credit Check. ?

The ideal candidate will have experience in call handling and be proficient with IT, you must also have a suitable space at home to set up your equipment.
