We are looking for a temporary ongoing door to door customer service representative to work in and around Reading.
Candidates will be expected to travel around their area comfortably, and work around Reading. You will need to be reliable and trustworthy, due to visiting resident’s homes and using company equipment remotely.

Working hours:
Monday to Friday.
10am to 6pm or 11am to 7pm, with an hour unpaid lunch.

Pay rate: £11 per hour

Door to door with no sales involved! – You will take the residents through a short questionnaire on the iPad
Full training given
Uniform and iPad provided for duration of employment

Public interaction and customer service experience will give you an advantage

They are looking for friendly and outgoing individuals to join them.
Team Members will go door to door, spreading the exciting news that full fibre is here and ready to change your home. You’ll be fully trained and will be working closely with the team, helping residents understand the difference full fibre can make and how to register for updates on the upcoming network, and discussing the recent construction in the area.
If you enjoy being outside and speaking with new people, this is a great opportunity for you! Previous experience in public interaction or customer service is preferred but not essential for this role.
