09:00 – 17:30pm (Monday to Friday)

The Recruitment Co. are recruiting for one of our key clients based in Ashton-Under-Lyne and this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Job Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly review artwork proofs for accuracy before submitting them to clients.
• Manage all bespoke customer requirements and meet Service Level Agreements.
• Monitor stocking levels and address overstocked lines.
• Handle quotations and strive for the best purchasing deals.
• Process all orders in a timely manner and meet deadlines consistently.
• Review high-value purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor the progress of purchase orders and sales orders.
• Address customer requests for non-received goods and follow escalation procedures with warehouse and suppliers.
• Implement new print business by working closely with the Sales team and onboarding new customers as needed.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.
• Effective communication and motivational skills.
• Confident telephone manner.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Sales administration experience would be ideal
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
