Job Title: Debt Recovery Advisors
Salary: £19K (£32K OTE) but realistic is £28/29K
Hours: 8am – 6pm mon – fri (3 shifts 8-4, 9-5, 10-6
Holiday: 20 days + 8 bank
Main purpose:
  1. involves chasing payment for car parking tickets (Parking Charge Notices/PCNs)… £150 average ticket
  2. Report into team leader (teams of 8)
Target:
65 call per day in order to convert 15-16 calls and collect £2750 per day
Job Spec:

Person spec:
  • Ideally from contact centre background but not essential
  • Used to working towards some form of target/KPIs
  • Able to express empathy on call
  • Tenacious and hungry to make money
Interview and onboarding:
  • 1x interview – offer on the spot most times!
  • Candidate MUST pass DBS & Credit check
  • 10 days required from offer to start to get IT and checks done
  • 4 weeks training
  • 4 month review of target
  • 6 month probation
