Diesel Engine Mechanic – Eccles – Engine rebuilds – 100% engine work only

Are you an experienced Diesel Engine Mechanic based in or within commutable distance of the Eccles / Irlam area?

Would you like the chance to work in a role focussed entirely on large Diesel Engines carrying out work such as Engine Rebuild, In-situ engine repairs, on or off site, Technical & Diagnostic support?

Would you like the chance to join a family owned business servicing some of the largest Bus companies in the UK including Stagecoach, Arriva and NW Buses?

If the answers are yes, our client have an immediate opening for a skilled Diesel Engine Mechanic to join their team due to an increase in workload. The role is a full time position.

What you need….

*experience stripping and rebuilding Diesel Engines

*to be able to commute to our clients depot in the Eccles area daily

*a full UK driving Licence

*Full right to live and work in the UK without sponsorship being needed

The role:

*Mon – Friday role with 39 hour working week — Mon – Thurs 07:30 to 16:30 // Friday 07:30 to 12:30

*Adult working environment – no micromanagement

*A Mixture of workshop and field based work. The field based work is mainly the removal of engines from Bus Depots etc.

*Daily stripping and rebuilding of large Diesel Engines

*Salary package negotiable for the right experience
