Knowledge & Experience:

• Minimum 3 year’s experience working on a FMCG manufacturing environment
• Electrically biased with strong Mechanical skills
• Good understanding of Health & Safety
• A team player with the ability to communicate and work well with all departments
• Have an outstanding attitude towards delivering the expected outputs and contributing to the goals of the business
• Must relish a challenge
• Must have a hands on, can do approach. Main Responsibilities:
• Responding to breakdowns, completing planned and preventative maintenance and being involved in machinery installations.
• Optimising line performance to achieve consistent equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Being able to identify and engineer out waste points.
