Job Description:  General grounds maintenance of the Stormont Estate including routine patrols, completion of inspection sheets. A detailed job description will be provided on commencement of role.Rate of pay: £10.90ph unsocial hours are paid at a higher rate.Essential Experience & Qualifications required.

There is no minimum level of formal qualifications required for entry into this role, however we do ask for the applicant to have at least one years experience in a similar role.
Must have a reasonable level of fitness due to the physical   elements of the role.Desired Experience and Qualifications.
A full driving licence is desirable.Duration of Placement :   6 months with the possibility of an extension
