Pay Rate: £13.11Per Hour + Holiday Pay

Overtime Rate: £19.67 Per Hour (Any hours worked over standard 39 hours)

Hours Per Week: 39

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm, Friday 8am – 4pm

Job Type: Full Time, Ongoing

Job Duties:

– The safe operating of LPG terminal valves for delivery of products from storage vessels to the cylinder filling plant.

– The safe loading/unloading of cylinders onto pallets and trailers.

– The safe operating of equipment required for filling, weighing, sealing, de-valving and handling of Propane and Butane cylinders.

– Inspection and quality checks on filled Propane and Butane cylinders.

– Additional manual handling/labouring duties as required.

Job Criteria:

Essential:

– Driving Licence

– Good communication/interpersonal skills

– Excellent understanding of health and safety

– Ability to work as part of a team and on their own initiative

– Ability to keep accurate daily records

– Ability to work overtime or on a shift pattern if required (early morning/after hours)

– Good level of fitness

Desirable:

– 1-2 years experience in a general labouring/operations/manual handling role is desirable but not essential
