Contract – Perm
Location – Hybrid of home working and working from the London Office (Canary Wharf E14)
Hours – 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday from 09:00-17:00 or 10:00-18:00
Pay – £12.50/ hour
Start – 27th March 2023
This is for a new client that is a luxury fashion company who specialise in authentic leather products.
As a Customer Service Agent, you are in the best position to support customers to achieve the best from products, providing support information and assistance across a number of different communication channels.
What we’re looking for:
- Fluent in English, French and Spanish
- ‘Know how’ and they solve problems, quickly, competently
- Relationship builders – the customer experience must reflect the best of the brand
- Want to help – naturally empathetic & outgoing, always smiling
- Customer outcome focused – want to get it right, first time
- Critical thinkers and great customer experience skills
- In love with luxury brands, style & trends themselves, who can relate to your customer’s issues
- High energy, motivated and always willing to go the extra mile
