German and English Customer Service Advisor

Hybrid Role – based in E14, London

Offering £11.50 per hour

Full time, permanent role

Start Date: 27th March 2023

We are recruiting for a Bilingual Customer Service Advisor who can speak both fluent German and English, working on behalf of our client who is a international outsourcer who works with some of the biggest brands worldwide. Location: E14, London

• Onsite training for 3 weeks
• Thereafter, working from home 4 days out of 5

The Hours:

• Monday to Sunday from 08:00-22:00
• 40 hours per week
• Example 3 week rota:
• Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm
• Monday to Friday, 2pm-10pm
• Wednesday to Sunday, 2pm-10pm

The Role

As a Customer Service Agent, you are in the best position to support our customers to achieve the best from our products, providing support information and assistance across a number of different communication channels.

Working on behalf of a luxury fashion retailer, assisting their customers throughout their purchasing journey to ensure they get the best options, service and advice.
