Salary: £32,000 – £35,0000 per annum

Hours: Full time between Monday – Sunday

Here at The Recruitment Co we are currently recruiting a Head Chef to work for a Pub in Usk.

You will be an experienced Head Chef or Kitchen Manager with a proven track record. You will of course take pride in your work and be determined to deliver the very best possible experience for customers via your small team. You will have the ability to form new and exciting menus, inclusive of some of our ever proving popular dishes.

The Head Chef…
As our Head Chef, you would be busy doing what you love – cooking from creative menus and managing the daily operations and health & safety of the kitchen. We all work hard but recognise over-achievement. In addition to the day to day running of the kitchen you will lead your team and organise your resources. You’ll drive the visible process of timely selection and ordering of produce right through to making sure that your customer feedback is outstanding. You’ll have access to support when it’s needed. You know what an efficient kitchen looks like and how to consistently deliver that. You’ll combine excellent people and planning skills. You are of course also passionate about food and the customer experience. You’ll have an appreciation of costs and profit margins.
