We are currently recruiting a temporary HR Advisor to join our client in Lisburn

• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm
• 6 months initially
• £12.25 per hour

Job duties include:

1. To be responsible for the provision of a range of high quality Human Resources activities within Directorates. They will ensure that standards are met in accordance within Quality Management Standards (QMS)
2. To ensure the effective maintenance of the Human Resources computerised and manual systems
3. To advise managers on all attendance management issues, in accordance with employment legislation and existing HR policies and procedures
4. To prepare, organise and manage documentation in relation to Management of Attendance issues
5. To develop and maintain close working relationships with Human Resources colleagues to ensure consistency within the Human Resources teams

The successful candidate must have:

• HND/HNC in a relevant subject and 1 year’s experience working in an HR role at Band 3 level OR 3 years relevant experience at Band 3 level or equivalent
• Hold a current full driving licence which is valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment
• Excellent organisational ability and demonstrate effective verbal and written communication and team working skills.
• A proven ability to work to objectives and tight timescales with a high level of attention to detail.
• Demonstrates a commitment to the provision of high quality and safe services with an ability to identify solutions to problems and drive a culture of continuous improvement
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of software and other data systems
