We are currently recruiting for an Onboarding Consultant role – hybrid from Bristol.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Serve as the main point of contact for new hires, providing support throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Understand global background & on-going screening requirements, ensuring checks are correct
  • Ensure all compliance processes and standards are adhered to.
  • Work to deadlines
  • Manage own allocation of work
  • Review work processes to identify areas for improvement

    Hybrid – 2 days per week in Bristol Office
    £13,74 per hour paid weekly
    6 month temp contract
    35 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
    ASAP Start date
