Our Public Sector Client currently seeks a Full-Time Temporary ongoing HR System Access Administrator based in Armagh
Hours of work Mon-Fri 9.00am- 5.00pm (37.5hours per week)
Rate of pay £11.11 per hour
Duties include:
- Processing of New Starts, Additional Organisational Assignments, Rehires and User ID swaps and setting Passwords and User ID’s for same.
- Raise any Consolidated Service ID (CSID)/User ID queries with ICT for resolution as necessary.
- Delimiting Leavers access, on a timely basis.
- Support the processing deadlines for weekly and monthly payroll closedowns are met.
- The post holder will support the System Access Officers with providing advice and guidance to managers and core users in the maintenance of Organisational Structures/Units and Positions, workflows and Roles
- Assist with regular system audits in relation to OM cleansing issues such as Change of Name, Position Overview Report corrections, mismatches eg Location, Personnel Area.
Essential Criteria:
4 GCSEs at Grades A-C including English Language or equivalent /
higher qualification AND 1 years’ experience in a clerical / administrative
role
OR
2 years’ experience in a clerical /
administrative role
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel
