Hybrid or fully home working – office based in Ringwood
40 paid hours per week. A rota is supplied every month with your working hours. Shifts between 8.00am and 8.00pm Monday to Saturday.Salary/Rate: £11 OTE / 10.00 hour + benefits
£22,000 Per annum + bonus

Our client has an exciting campaign which helps power the world of lotteries and brokers tickets for customers in Germany. They are working on a number of global expansion projects. Not only do they create winning and life changing experiences for their customers, they also work with some of the biggest charities in
the world including Unicef, Marie Keating Foundation, Sportsaid, SUFRA, and HEET.

Key Accountabilities

• To answer the phone promptly and professionally when required.
• To respond to emails and live chat promptly and professionally.
• To work closely with the Team Leader to ensure client expectations are met.
• To present our clients in a professional manner at all times, whether in person, by phone or in writing.
• To continually look for ways to improve performance.
• To be well organised, professional and reliable.
• To work flexibly between the hours of 8am and 8pm, Monday – Saturday.

Skills Requirements

• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent numeracy and literacy
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good analytical, decision making and problem solving abilities
• Previous call centre/back office experience (desirable)
