Installations Manager
Salary £45,000 plus annual bonus up to 10% of salary plus car allowance

Full Time Mon-Fri, Hours 9am-5pm
Daventry
Our Daventry client, a global and well-recognised organisation within their marketplace, are looking to recruit an installations Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a world class customer experience on the installation of our client’s machines.
You will also be responsible for coordinating logistic aspects, setting customer expectations and planning resources capacity.
Installations Manager Responsibilities
- Liaising with sales department for planning the resources for installation.
- Organising site surveys and liaising with customers to ensure that services are available prior the installation.
- Organising installation for UK engineers and liaising with HQ for Italian installations.
- Ensure every installation is dealt with as a project
- Site visit during project – H&S and Quality check
- Snag list created and issues addressed and resolved promptly.
- Liaising with contractors for mechanical installation
- Post project review with Customer Service team
- Review project cost and budget with Service Director
- Develop Training plan for our client and external teams
- Provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures, suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency, and service to customers.
- The role may require visit customer site.
Installations Manager Requirements
- You will need to have had previous experience in a similar role, to be a suitable candidate for this position.
- Specific experience in installing on site or repairing industrial equipment is a plus.
- Experience in project management.
- Interaction with engineer/on site operators/workers
- A qualifications in a project management discipline would be desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience of using GANTT and planning software eg, Microsoft Project.
- Highly organised with an attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skill
- IT capabilities and technically oriented (a degree is not required although it would be a plus)
- Excellent at building trust, confidence and relationship with customers and the team
