The Recruitment Co are looking for a junior service controller to join one of their clients in Wincham on a permanent basis.

Benefits:
Salary: £24,000 to £25,500 per annum
Bonus of up to £2,000 per annum

Working hours:
8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

The Role:
Taking customer and client calls
Ordering parts for repairs
Assign engineers to relevant jobs
Managing WIP warranties and chargeables
Supplying technical assistance to customers/engineers

The ideal candidate will:
Have a passion for/understanding of mechanics
Be able to communicate effectively
Have an understanding of IT including Excel/Warranty platforms and SAP
Be able to work within a team
Have the ability to prioritise workloads and relationship development
Have the ability to take on and retain information
Have GCSE level of education or higher
