Job Title: Junior Technical Sales Estimator
Location: Pontypool
Salary: Flexible depending on previous experience

Hours: Full time temp to perm Monday – Thursday 7:45-4:30 and 8-3:30 on Friday

Here at The Recruitment Co we are currently recruiting a Junior Technical Sales Estimator to work for a company based in Pontypool.

Reporting to the Sales Office/Technical Manager & Senior CAD/Estimator you will have to produce timely and accurate priced quotations from technical drawings and site plans. Proactively react to
customer enquiries, new product opportunities, market intelligence from customer feedback. Assist in sales, CAD drawings and administration functions for the department. Achieve set targets,
customer service levels maximum profitability and growth in line with company strategy.

Main job roles

• Estimating experience (Advantage).
• Sales and Customer Service Skills (Preferred but not essential).
• Communication skills, written and oral (Essential)
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc (Essential)
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (Advantage)
• Problem solving skills
• Time management skills, ability to manage workloads to meet deadlines
• Organised, methodical and efficient – pays attention to detail, self-starter, complete finisher
