The Recruitment Co are recruiting for meat production operatives in IRLAM

Duties involve:

Working on a production line manufacturing meat products such as sausages and burgers

Operating machinery

Keeping the work environment clean and tidy

Following all company policies, procedures and standards

Adhering to Food Safety Regulations

Quality checking products

Being responsible for the health and safety of yourself and others in the working area

Shifts and pay rates:

The working days are Monday to Friday and we have different shifts available:

Pay :

Days £10.24 per hour

Nights £11.55 per hour

12 hour shifts:

-7am to 7pm OR 7pm to 7am

8 hour shifts:

-7am to 5pm OR 7pm to 5am

-10am to 6pm

The role is temporary ongoing and becomes permanent after 12 weeks of employment.

Previous experience in the food industry is an advantage but not required as full training will be provided.
