NHS Health Advisor – Wakefield
Contract: Temporary to permanent – Get your foot in the door with the NHS!
Pay rate: £10.09 to £17.15 per hour – paid weekly – (Pay rate differs depending on days and hours worked)
Hours: 30 hours and Part time 24 hours per week
(You will need to be able to work some unsociable hours and days such as bank holidays)
Location: WF2 0XQ (Role 100% in office based)
We are currently recruiting for Health Advisor’s to join our clients existing team based in Wakefield! We are looking for candidates with strong Customer Service and system use experience for this exciting opportunity.
The Role:
As a Health Advisor for the Integrated Urgent Care service, you will be the first point of contact of communication with patients, patient’s relatives, health care professionals and other callers. You will provide assessment, basic advice and health information to patients calling 111, supporting them to access the appropriate level of care including advice to manage their symptoms at home.
Training: Full training will be provided for 10 weeks.
Please note: All candidate will need to pass an enhanced DBS check
