Job Title: Office Administrator
Salary: £21,000 – £24,000 DOE
Hours: Mon – Friday Full Time
Location: Oldham (Office Based)
Permanent contract.
The Recruitment Co is currently supporting a Fire Protection Company located in Oldham. As they are on the hunt for an Office Administrator to come and join the team on a full time permanent contract! This position would be a great start for someone who has recently Graduated or for someone who maybe looking to upskill their current knowledge / experience further.
Duties include:
- Provide general administrative support to the Fire and Risk Services Team
- Deal with client enquiries and provide clients with professional support and accurate information
- Mailbox management
- Raising purchase orders
- Data inputting for new contracts and site information on to the Database.
- Assisting all departments with general admin, chasing material deliveries etc (Stock control)
- Other ad hoc admin duties
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous administration experience – Preferable from a Fire and protection background.
- Excellent Organisational skills
- Proficient in using software within the Microsoft suite i.e. Excel, Word, etc
- Database and IT skills and accurate data input
- Good telephone manner
- Good record keeping
- Adherence to procedures
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
